If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the jewelry not including shipping and handling costs. Please be sure to order the correct size, there will be a $5 charge per strand to have a bracelet re-sized.
Shipping
The standard charge for shipping and handling is $6.00 within the United States. Your order will be sent via USPS Priority mail (approximate shipping time 4-5 days). Most items will ship within 4 days of receiving your order however, this cannot be guaranteed due to workload and the holiday seasons. Please allow 8-10 days to receive your order. If you need an item sooner, express shipping via USPS Express mail (1-2 days shipping) is available for $16.00.
General Policy
I want you to enjoy your custom made items as much as I enjoy making them for you. To determine the correct size for your bracelet it is best to use a cloth measuring tape around your wrist then add approximately 3/4-1 inch. The general sizes for adult bracelets are:
Small 7 inches
Medium 7 1/4-7 1/2 inches
Large 7 3/4 to 8 inches
Please be advised that these are general sizes. The finished products are as close to those measurements as possible based on the beads used.
For children's bracelets, please give me the child's age if you don't know the exact size. General sizing for children's bracelets are as follows:
Newborns to 1 year of age: 4 to 5 inches
1 to 3 years of age: 5 to 5 1/2 inches
4 to 7 years of age: 5 3/4 to 6 inches
8 to 13 years of age: 6 1/4 to 6 3/4 inches
